1. Currency and Pricing
Product prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website. The final currency, item total, shipping charges, taxes, and discounts are shown before an order is submitted. Currency conversion displayed on the storefront may be approximate when the settlement currency differs.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Available payment methods are displayed securely during checkout and may vary by location, order value, device, or payment provider. TOPJOY does not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every order.
3. Authorization and Processing
By submitting an order, you authorize the selected provider to charge the amount shown at checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is confirmed. Payment providers process card or account information under their own security and privacy practices.
4. Failed or Declined Payments

7. Refunds and Duplicate Charges
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution. Report suspected duplicate or unauthorized charges promptly so the transaction can be investigated.
